Forgive... Let go... and Become a Loving Servant

This praise letter is dedicated to my oldest Sister Ellen, who asked me to give stories of people being healed and touched by the Lord. :)

Love you much my sister.

This day started with me being irritated at my youngest stepson and my wife Jen.  Eros had a school project what was due on Monday which he found out about on Sunday but was postponed until Wednesday because of the phreatic eruption of Taal volcano. Anyhow because of the food aspect, Eros asked if we could heat up the food and bring it to his school by 8 am.  Jen said yes..I said fine but I am not going to help..I thought I had good reasons to say no and be irritated. until I was spending time in prayer and meditation. The Lord dealt with my heart and told me to be willing to forgive..let go..and become a loving servant. So at 7:15, I told Jen I would go with her.

After dropping off the food/project we headed to the open market place to buy fresh food. Jen and I were buying food from a seller that we often buy from. A worker named Sherri asked me to pray for her co-worker Bev who was having a headache, I had the owner of the booth lay hands on Bev and command the pain to leave right now in the Love and authority of Jesus.  Bev was healed. Bev and Sharri were so amazed I gave them the gospel about the Lord's life and free offer to make them His daughters. Both said yes and called upon Jesus in thanksgiving. Another co-worker who saw all that just happened said her right knee was full of arthritis and wanted prayer, her knee to was healed and she to accepted the love offering from Jesus to receive His gift to daughtership.

Jen and I went on to buy food for a poor lady and lead another person to the Lord in the market place. :) Just think I would have missed all this if I had stayed in my bad attitude. :)
